About ReConnectPA

The Keystone Transportation Funding Coalition is a diverse group united under one common goal: that a comprehensive solution to the transportation funding problem in Pennsylvania is critical for safety and quality of life of all Pennsylvanians. Such a comprehensive solution must address maintenance and capacity needs for PennDOT’s system, local highways, and public transit agencies. Members include the highway construction industry, public transit agencies, labor unions, farm organizations, AARP, bicycle and pedestrian advocates, land-use advocates, AAA, air and seaport organizations, associations representing local governments, chambers of commerce, travel and tourism organizations, environmental advocates, freight and passenger rail organizations and truck freight haulers.
